Dylan at Nissan in Hendersonville, North Carolina has been exceptional in communicating with me. Even though I live in Georgia, I don’t think I’ve ever met such an attentive salesperson. It’s pretty amazing because of the distance, but he was on point with everything. If I lived closer and not down in Atlanta, I would definitely be purchasing from this company. We were out of town from SC on our way to our campground in NC when our Nissan Rogue went into limp mode and had a sensor issue. We had to stop in Hendersonville and get a hotel. The next day we went to Nissan of Hendersonville and Jason, the service manager, got us right in to get our car looked at. We were there for less than an hour and he provided us a loaner that was big enough for all of our supplies to be transferred. Our SUV was fixed by day 2 so we could continue our vacation. Thank you Jason and Nissan for being so accommodating!
